Guidance on the 2017-18 nomination process for girl's performance cricket. Read the article to find out how to get a girl of any age onto the Kent Cricket Performance Pathway.
As the cricket season draws to an end we are already looking ahead to the winter when our performance girls retrial for their age group. Kent Cricket would like to make it clear how a girl can be nominated at each age group. Please see below guidance for the nomination process for the 2017-18 season.
U11 – Entrance to Pathway
Girls are encouraged to sign up to any of our 5 remaining ‘Cricket for Girls’ days run by each Area in Kent to make it through to U11 County Trials.
This year nominations will be taken from both Area Leads and Clubs with Girls Sections via a nomination form that will be emailed to them. The deadline for these will be Monday 9th Oct.
If you haven’t received a nomination form to someone at your club then please get in touch with your local Area Leads who will be able to nominate a player on your behalf.
If not already part of the Senior Kent Women’s Training Squad but playing well at club level or higher elsewhere, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details. Please include name of player, club, some stats, brief playing history and why you feel they should be included. There may be the possibility that this player can join in the Winter Training for the Senior Women in Jan/Feb/Mar 2018 as a trial.
