A choice of two workshops (both running 7pm-9pm) and the opportunity to meet our funding team on a one-to-one basis to ask questions and discuss your club’s situation and potential applications.
Do you ever run out of ideas for warm ups? Are you sure they are setting your participants up for the session or competition in the right way? Would you like to take away some top tips for the future? Victoria Annis, Senior Physiotherapist from the University of Kent, will be taking you through the principles of an effective warm up and demonstrate how they can be used in many different sports.
It’s important your club is structured, from a legal perspective, in a way that best suits your needs now and in the future. This Club Matters workshop looks at why getting your structure right impacts on members’ liability and financial implications, whether your club is a separate legal entity and what rules and legal requirements you need. It covers unincorporated or incorporated structures and also whether your club is eligible to adopt charity status or community amateur sports club (CASC) status.
Two of our Kent Sport team will each be holding appointments from 7pm and running every 15 minutes until 9pm
Date: Wednesday 22 November 2017
