Chance to Compete 2017

The much anticipated dates for Chance to Compete 2017 have now been confirmed! Chance to Compete offers state secondary schools an alternative format to traditional 11 aside cricket, with 8 per side incrediball matches and the opportunity to develop the skills and confidence to move into an entry level hardball format.

Mixed (boys) Events

In 2017 none of the boys softball festivals will progress beyond Kent. There will be clusters which lead to a Kent Final for the Under 12s and Under 13s, whereas for the Under 15s there will be a one-off central event.

  • Under 12 Softball Super 8s - New for 2017
  • Under 13 Softball Super 8s

Girls Events

As in previous years, the girls softball clusters will progress to a Kent Final from which the winner will be invited to a Regional Final.
