    Sissinghurst Girls perform in the Gilbert Cup

    Kent 1st XI men won in style this weekend with an entertaining fixture vs Middlesex in the Royal London One Day Cup.  As well as this excitement, we had the Gilbert Cup, a junior competition sponsored by Royal London, that runs alongside the senior fixtures and this year gave Sissinghurst Girls the chance to from the Guard of Honour and play on the Spitfire Ground outfield.

    Megan Belt puts Dover Girls in a spin

    Dover Girls Grammar School were recently treated to a visit from Megan Belt, a member of the Kent Women’s team and the Women’s Cricket Southern League leading wicket taker for the last two years. She has also been part of the England Women’s Development Programme and this was another visit in the Chance to Shine ‘Inspire Programme’ to engage secondary aged students into the game of cricket.
