The event has grown in recent years and is the fourth occasion it has been held as part of the Kent School Games run by Kent Sport.
Last year 12 teams competed on a glorious day in June, great fun was had by all, congratulations to the winning team from Greenfields School.
Due to the popularity, the primary and secondary competitions will run on seperate dates. This competition is for primary schools only, who will play Rapid Fire cricket against other schools from accross the county.
Rapid Fire is a simple cricket based game for all ages and ablities. Each game lasts around 20 minutes with 2 teams of 8 taking turns to bat, hitting balls from static tees, then trying to score as many runs as possible whilst the other team collects balls and equipment.
